Your Tour Itinerary

Here are the details of your upcoming tour. Click on the names to read more about each attraction you’re going to visit with us!

Sejlalandsfoss waterfall

To start with a bang, you’ll be picked up by our guide at your accommodation and taken aboard our jeep, heading towards the first major attraction.. Get ready to have your breath taken away by the majestic Seljalandsfoss waterfall, one of the most photographed features of all Iceland. Seljalandsfoss can be fully encircled by following a pathway that stretches around it, with rocks and cliffs hiding a wide cavern inviting you to explore its mysteries…. Make sure to have a decent breakfast in the morning as we’re in for some serious walking!

Gljúfrabúi waterfall

Continuing north, after about a 10-minute stroll we’ll find a cave that hides another treasure, Gljúfrabúi. Put on your waterproof clothes, just in case there’s some “drizzle” waiting for you at the entrance. Smaller in size, but no less magnificent than other icelandic waterfalls, Gljúfrabúi will provide you yet another mystical experience of walking up its gorge. It’s an excellent spot to take a short break and admire the beauty of nature in peace.

Skógafoss waterfall

Time to see a real hero, not once and not twiced featured in popular motion pictures, best known from “The Vikings” show. No wonder – Skógafoss’ astounding height and seemingly endless cascades of water make it one of Iceland’s biggest waterfalls. The amount of spray produced by the running water paints a gorgeous rainbow on the sky whenever the sun peeks out from behind the clouds. Trust us, the astounding views will make you feel like you yourself are in a movie!

Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach

Time for a little change of scenery. Moving towards Dyrhólaey promontory we’ll admire the impressive coastline and a wide, jaw-dropping landscape of the Katla glacier. Having reached the hill, the view from the cliffs will reveal the wild beauty of Reynisfjara Beach with its characteristic, black sand. We’ll then go down to see the impressive large basalt columns sitting on the shoreline in a close up. The local legend says they were once evil trolls, trying to pull ships from the ocean. The mighty sun eventually turned them into stones, to stop this mischief!

Mýrdalsjökull Glacier - Snowmobiling tour (joining group)

The attractions we’ve visited so far  only whetted your appetite for more action? Make sure you packed your driver’s license and get ready for a thrilling snowmobile ride. The snowy slopes of Mýrdalsjökull glacier that covers the Katla volcano are waiting for you to explore it in an exciting way. Let’s get on snowmobiles and ride up the ice cap, to enjoy the marvels of nature in a fun way!

Vik Church

There’s no better place to recharge after a fun-filled day than the picturesque fishing village of Vik, which makes the last stop in our packed schedule. Mark it as yet another opportunity to take extraordinary photos capturing the lone church among a vast, mysterious landscape…  Still hungry for more adventures on your way back to Reykjavik?
