Here’s a short guide on everything you need to know about navigating Reykjavik and our pick-up service.

For Icelandic Roamers tours, our pick-up services start 30 minutes before the tour begins.
If you book a private tour we can pick you up from any place in Reykjavik (ie. your accomodation). For group tours we have selected pick-up points you can choose from.
To ensure a smooth start to your adventure, please be ready and waiting at your chosen location.
We’ve made it easy for you to find the perfect pick-up spot with our detailed map.
It shows all available pick-up locations in Reykjavik, so you can choose the one that’s most convenient for you.

How It Works:

Select Your Pick-Up Spot: Use our map to find the best pick-up location. Each spot is strategically chosen for easy access and convenience.
Be Ready: Please arrive at your chosen location at least 30 minutes before the tour starts. This gives us enough time to ensure everyone is picked up and ready for the adventure – trust us, it’s one that you wouldn’t like to miss, so better safe then sorry! 🙂
Look for the Icelandic Roamers Vehicle: Our vehicles are clearly marked with the Icelandic Roamers logo, making them easy to spot. Don’t worry – the guide will not leave immediately and will try to find you in case you have difficulties finding him first.

Tips for a Stress Free Pick-Up:

Check Traffic: Reykjavik can be busy, so plan your trip to the pick-up spot accordingly. Give yourself a little extra time to account for traffic.
Stay Informed: We will send you an email confirmation with all the pick-up details, including the exact time and location.
Stay Warm and Dry: The weather in Iceland can be unpredictable. Dress warmly and bring a waterproof jacket, just in case.
