The Giveaway will end at 11:59pm GMT, September 7th, 2022 . Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, and Miroslaw Tran Studio ehf decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. The Giveaway is sponsored by Miroslaw Tran Studio ehf who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Campaign.

To enter, you must:
TRAVEL DATES
Travel dates for the winner and his/her travel companion of the giveaway will be 14-18 of October. The exact dates will be coordinated with the Sponsors and the winner to suit their schedule. Hereafter the winner and his/her travel companion will be referred to as the winners.
*The vouchers are valid for direct round trip flights to Iceland, only on valid dates (see above), between the following destinations in the Europe. Vouchers are not valid for travel at any other time. Vouchers include carry-on luggage and taxes & charges. Winners must provide own transport to and from airport in Europe as well as in Iceland. Winners are responsible for travel insurance. Winners must travel on the same itinerary. Winners will be responsible for securing passports, photo I.D. and other travel documents required for travel. Winners are solely responsible for any and all Federal, state and local taxes and fees assessed as a result of the prize and for all travel costs and charges not included in the giveaway prize package or exceeding applicable limitations, including, but not limited to, non-covered meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, travel fees, surcharges, and any other travel-related costs during and/or after the trip. Sponsors reserve the right to withhold prizes until winner has handed it accurate information to assess eligibility. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize or any one or more components of a prize with a prize or component of equal or greater value.
* Due the nature of Icelandic weather, sponsors cannot guarantee the travel itinerary.
DRAWING AND ODDS
Winners will be selected at random. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted. The winner will be notified first through social media and asked to provide contact information to sponsors. Once required information has been provided, sponsors will contact winner and check if all requirement for winning giveaway have been met.
If the winners cannot be reached or fails to timely respond or comply with any of these requirements or if main sponsor determines the winner ineligible or disqualified, then, in sponsor’s sole discretion, the winner may be disqualified and the prize forfeited. In such event, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from remaining entries. Winner will have 24 hours to provide contact information and 48 hours to provide all required answers after main sponsor has contact the winner, see how to enter.
By accepting a prize, the winners grant permission for Sponsors´ use of the names and statements of winners for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Sponsors to keep text and photo log of the vacation experience and conduct interviews to be published for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsors reserve the right to use any and all information related to the giveaway, including information on participants obtained through the giveaway, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By participating in this giveaway, each participant releases and holds harmless sponsors and related individuals from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, claims and actions of any kind arising out of or resulting from participation in this giveaway or from acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, claims based on death, publicity rights, defamation or invasions of privacy.
By participating in this giveaway, each participant further agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this giveaway or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually outside of court.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this giveaway or any website related to this giveaway, acting in violation of the official rules Official Rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using any such method. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website related to this giveaway or undermine the legitimate operation of this giveaway may be violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Sponsors are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users of any website related to this giveaway, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in giveaway. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or tampering with or hacking of, any website related to giveaway or any technical failure or malfunction. Sponsors are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this giveaway or downloading or copying materials from or use of any website related to this giveaway. If, for any reason, this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, by reason of, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, hacking, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this giveaway, and select winners from entries received prior to action taken, as Sponsor, in its sole judgment, deems fair and in accordance with these Official Rules without notice to entrants. In the event that this giveaway is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify this giveaway, or to disqualify participants residing in any affected geographic areas. In such event, Sponsor shall not have any liability to any participants who are disqualified as a result of such an action.
In no event will Sponsors and related individuals (either jointly or individually) be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your participation in this giveaway, any prizes won, your access to and use of the Sponsors´ respective websites or the downloading or copying from and/or printing of any material obtained from such websites. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Sponsors respective websites is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
